Job summary

LUXEVOUR PTE. LTD. is seeking a kitchen team member to assist with daily operations in our café environment in Singapore.

You will prepare menu items, slice, marinate, portion, and create sauces following our SOPs to ensure consistent quality and timely service. Responsibilities include washing dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, stocking ingredients, and collaborating with teammates to sustain smooth service during shifts.

Qualifications

• Basic kitchen experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced cafe environment.
• Strong emphasis on hygiene and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Cook menu items according to SOP and standard recipes to ensure consistent food quality.
• Prepare food by cutting, marinating, portioning, and making sauces to support kitchen operations.
• Assist in daily kitchen tasks to maintain efficient workflow and timely service.
• Wash dishes and clean kitchen areas to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards to comply with health regulations.
• Arrange stock and assist with basic inventory management to ensure ingredient availability.
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth kitchen service during shifts.
