The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Business Manager – Telco Account Manager in Singapore.

This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with Telco Business Managers, supporting sales engagements, and driving account development within technology-based solutions including connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity and UC. You will collaborate across teams, align with promotions and strategic initiatives, and participate in planning sessions and client meetings to ensure a high

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, sales support and/or business development.
• Good understanding of technology business solutions (connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, UC, etc.).
• Telecommunications or ICT industry familiarity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and develop strong working relationships with Telco Business Managers.
• Support Telco Business Managers in sales engagements, opportunities and account development.
• Foster collaboration to improve communication, responsiveness and business experience.
• Support joint customer meetings, presentations and solution discussions as required.
• Ensure alignment with Telco product offerings, promotions and strategic initiatives.
• Participate in internal briefings, training sessions and business planning events.

Job description

Business Manager – Telco Account Manager

Salary: $ 3000 - $ 4000 +Tier commission payable upon KPI achievable + Transport account provided
Address: Near Tiong Bahru MRT
Working Hours: Monday - Friday / 8.45am to 6pm
Alternate Saturday / 8.45am to 1.15pm

Key Responsibilities

• Build, Manage and Develop a strong working relationships with the respective Telco Business Managers.
• Key point person to support the Telco Business Managers in sales engagements, opportunities and account development.
• Foster a closer collaboration to improve communication, responsiveness, and overall business experience with the Telco Business Managers.
• Support joint customer meetings, presentationsand solution discussions as required.
• Ensure working alignment with Telco's product offerings, promotionsand strategic initiatives.
• Participate in internal briefings, training sessionsand business planning activities and events
  

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Sales / Marketing / IT.
• Experience in account management, sales supportand / or business development (preferably in telecommunications or ICT).
• Good understanding of Technology business solutions (connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, UC, etc.).
