Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Business Manager – Telco Account Manager to lead relationships with Telco business stakeholders. The role offers a salary of SGD 3,000–4,000 plus tiered commissions and a transport account.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8:45am–6pm, with alternate Saturday mornings, and be based near Tiong Bahru. You will help drive engagements, align product offerings and support joint customer meetings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing or IT.
• Experience in account management, sales support or business development.
• Good understanding of technology business solutions (connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, UC).

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and develop strong relationships with Telco Business Managers.
• Support Telco Business Managers in sales engagements, opportunities and account development.
• Foster collaboration to improve communication and overall business experience with Telco Business Managers.
• Support joint customer meetings, presentations and solution discussions.
• Ensure alignment with Telco's product offerings, promotions and strategic initiatives.
• Participate in internal briefings, training and business planning activities and events.

Business Manager – Telco Account Manager
Salary: $ 3000 - $ 4000 +Tier commission payable upon KPI achievable + Transport account provided
3 Bus stop from Tiong Bahru MRT
Monday - Friday / 8.45am to 6pm
Alternate Saturday / 8.45am to 1.15pm

Key Responsibilities

• Build, Manage and Develop a strong working relationships with the respective Telco Business Managers.

• Key point person to support the Telco Business Managers in sales engagements, opportunities and account development.

• Foster a closer collaboration to improve communication, responsiveness, and overall business experience with the Telco Business Managers.

• Support joint customer meetings, presentationsand solution discussions as required.

• Ensure working alignment with Telco's product offerings, promotionsand strategic initiatives.

• Participate in internal briefings, training sessionsand business planning activities and events
  

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Sales / Marketing / IT.

• Experience in account management, sales supportand / or business development (preferably in telecommunications or ICT).

• Good understanding of Technology business solutions (connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, UC, etc.).
