Job summary

PVH Singapore is seeking a dedicated Retail Supervisor to lead a Calvin Klein/Tommy Hilfiger store team. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with group policies, drive sales, and maintain compelling visual merchandising.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a supervisory role in fashion retail, can train staff, manage selling floor zoning, and work weekends and public holidays; full-time position.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising fashion retail staff.
• Ability to train and coach store staff.
• Willingness to work retail hours including weekends.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Be a Calvin Klein/Tommy Hilfiger ambassador at all times.
• Oversee day-to-day retail store operations with excellence and to ensure daily operations is in compliance with Group policy and procedures.
• Deliver retail sales & profit according to Company target.
• Ensure store visual merchandise is compliance to company's SOP at all times.
• Lead and communicate effectively with a team of retail associates, including coaching and training.
• Ensure the smooth and effective onboarding and training for newly joined retail associates in store.
• Responsible in staff zoning on selling floor.
• Increase associates’ product knowledge and customer service skills by initiate certain activities or training.
• Attend weekly meeting and weekly sales reporting with the management.
• Any other duties as per assigned.
