In this fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment, you will design governance cycles, enable faster decision-making and embed sustainable operating models while driving alignment, accountability and impact across SEAA Fashion

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience managing complex projects and programmes.
• Experience designing governance frameworks and operating models.
• Strong ability to align stakeholders across functions, markets and levels.

Responsibilities

• Shape Vision & Ambition by framing the team’s mission and ambition.
• Structure Governance with a robust governance cycle across milestones.
• Champion Collaboration across Orchestration and key functions.
• Streamline Ways of Working across project phases for clarity and speed.
• Support transverse Projects by coordinating cross-functional task forces.
• Clarify Measurement & Reporting with clear success criteria.
