Job summary

Louis Vuitton South Asia seeks an events lead to orchestrate end-to-end development, implementation and management of major regional showcases, boutique openings, press events, dinners and artistic initiatives. • Ability to deliver quality work under tight working timeline and manage multiple external vendors efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end development, implementation and management of Louis Vuitton South Asia events.
• Lead project management and coordinate cross-functional internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure events meet creative vision, brand standards and operational requirements.
• Assist to design, develop and implement annual events: logistics and technical plans, venue arrangements and site operations.
• Coordinate with Central team in Paris on event concepts and materials.
• Identify and supervise contractors and suppliers; monitor progress and quality.
• Prepare technical proposals for tenders; participate in negotiations and supplier selection.
• Monitor event performance and produce analytical reports; maintain venue setup and F&B records.
• Source venues for key markets and maintain inventory; attend site visits as needed.
• Build and control event budgets; perform post-event budget analysis.
• Maintain inventory stock list for Event Team’s warehouse.
