Job summary

Greenphyto Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Farm Supervisor to lead daily cultivation operations and drive lean management on the farm.

You will coordinate a diverse workforce, monitor productivity, and ensure processes are followed while planning ahead to prevent challenges.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Agriculture or related field, 2–3 years of supervisory experience, and a passion for sustainable farming and Singapore's food resilience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Horticulture or Operations.
• 2–3 years of relevant supervisory experience in farm operations, production, or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and coordinate daily/weekly/monthly operations of the farm
• Managing the workforce, synchronise the team work to achieve target
• Drive productivity and manpower planning effectively
• Close follow up of structured process and procedures
• Planning ahead to detect challenges and to propose solutions
• Status update on timely manner
• Records data and conduct analysis so as to implement corrective action
• Assist Senior Farm Manager to drive lean management
• Mapping process to reduce waste and to enhance demand/fulfilment process
• Participate in continuous improvement projects
