Greenphyto Pte Ltd is seeking a Farm Supervisor to lead cultivation operations at our urban farming site in Singapore.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced farm environment. You will plan routines, manage staff, drive productivity, and use data reporting to inform corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, ground-level leadership in fast-paced farm operations
• Strong communication to rally a diverse workforce around targets
• Detail-oriented and process-driven with focus on continuous improvement
• Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data reporting
• Good written and spoken communication; able to work with diverse teams
