Chinese Development Assistance Council (CDAC) in Singapore is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Family Service Division (FSD). You will co-lead casework and family assistance programmes, oversee budget, governance, and compliance, and drive outcomes across a growing caseload.

You will foster close collaboration between social work and education colleagues, translate strategic priorities into daily operations, supervise senior managers, build staff capability, and help CDAC scale in its 2030

Formación

• Degree in Social Work or related discipline; recognised social work qualification an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to foster multidisciplinary collaboration across social work and education.
• Strong analytical skills with data-informed decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication in English (Mandarin preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Co-lead FSD's casework and family assistance programmes.
• Foster collaboration between social work and education colleagues.
• Translate CDAC's strategic priorities into day-to-day operations.
• Supervise Senior Managers and programme leads; build staff capability.
• Contribute to workforce and service planning for CDAC's 2030 growth.
• Build and maintain outcomes measurement for family programmes; track impact.
