Job summary

BOE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent engineer/FAE to lead risk assessments for new product development and to drive cross-department coordination for certification processes in the display industry.

You will analyze customer requirements, prepare meeting materials, and communicate effectively with Chinese counterparts in Mandarin. Travel familiarity and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a technical/engineering role, preferably in display/FAE.
• Excellent Mandarin communication with Chinese counterparts.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel.

1.JOB DESCRIPTION

Project Promotion: Take the lead to conduct risk assessment before new product development. Push each department to coordinate internal assessment and sample-making according to customer certification I schedule.

• Problem solving: leading customer certification, on-I site processing of certification problems, internal analysis, provide analysis reports and improve samples;
• Internal coordination: integration of internal resources, technical programs horizontal pull through;
• Information collection understand the industry dynamics, investigate the product roadmap of competitive agencies, understand the industry development trends, and provide valuable information
• Customer Maintenance: Prepare customer meetings, prepare meeting materials to feedback special needs of customers.

Requirement

• More than 2 years working experience, technical or engineering background with display industry FAE experience is preferred;
• Good oral and written communications skills, must be able to speak mandarin to have effective communication with Chinese counterparties
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willing to travel
• Salary will commensurate with experience
