Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, practical kitchen, baking and laboratory training for Diploma programmes.
• Prepare training materials and conduct lectures, demonstrations and hands-on practical sessions.
• Integrate food safety, HACCP and workplace safety into training delivery.
• Develop and administer examinations, projects and assignments.
• Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain examination and attendance records with weekly reporting.
• Support curriculum design and update course content to industry standards.
• Mentor learners and provide academic guidance and consultation.
• Ensure compliance with EduTrust requirements and institutional guidelines.

About the role

Eduquest International Institute is seeking experienced and qualified Faculty members to deliver Diploma-level training in Culinary Arts, Baking Science and Food Safety. The successful candidates will support teaching, assessment, curriculum development and learner engagement while ensuring compliance with institutional quality standards and requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, practical kitchen, baking and laboratory training for Diploma programmes

• Prepare training materials and conduct lectures, demonstrations and hands‑on practical sessions

• Integrate food safety, hygiene, HACCP and workplace safety requirements into training delivery

• Develop and administer examinations, practical assessments, projects and assignments

• Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback

• Maintain accurate examination and attendance records, with weekly reporting to the Head of Faculty

• Support curriculum design, review and enhancement in collaboration with subject matter experts

• Update course content to reflect current industry trends, standards and regulatory requirements

• Mentor learners and provide academic guidance and consultation

• Ensure compliance with EduTrust requirements and institutional guidelines

About you

• Degree or higher qualification in a relevant discipline

• Relevant industry experience and subject matter expertise in Culinary Arts, Baking Science or Food Safety

• Ability to deliver engaging, practical and industry‑relevant training to Diploma‑level learners

• Good communication, presentation and learner engagement skills
