Job summary

TEMP-TEAM PTE LTD is seeking a seasoned facultative reinsurance professional to manage and grow accounts across Southeast Asia. The role focuses on risk assessment, quotations, negotiations and renewals, while building strong relationships with insurers and reinsurers.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of facultative reinsurance broking experience, solid knowledge of SEA markets, and proven ability to independently manage accounts and develop new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance or related discipline.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in facultative reinsurance broking.
• Strong hands-on experience in facultative reinsurance placements and account management.
• Good knowledge of international reinsurance markets, particularly Southeast Asia.
