Job summary

TITAN CREATIVE WORKS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a hands-on Factory Foreman to oversee daily production and coordinate schedules. You will lead a team of factory workers, ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of products.

You should have strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with solid knowledge of safety standards and quality control to meet client specifications. This role is on-site at our manufacturing facility in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role in manufacturing.
• Experience leading factory teams and coordinating production schedules.
• Strong problem-solving and bottleneck resolution skills.
• Solid knowledge of local workplace safety requirements (WSH/Safety).
• Ability to monitor quality and ensure compliance with client specs.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Manage and coordinate day-to-day manufacturing activities, workflow, and production schedules to meet operational targets.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor factory workers, machine operators, and floor staff, ensuring optimal task distribution and team efficiency.

• Quality Assurance: Monitor production processes to ensure finished goods meet internal quality control standards and client specifications.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines, conduct safety briefings, and ensure strict adherence to factory procedures.

• Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate basic machine maintenance, report equipment breakdowns, and collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

• Inventory & Reporting: Track raw materials and finished stock levels, logging daily output and reporting performance metrics to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a Factory Foreman, Production Supervisor, or similar supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with factory equipment, production machinery, and standard operational procedures.

• Leadership Skills: Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing and motivating operational teams.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve operational delays, technical issues, and workflow bottlenecks efficiently.

• Compliance: Working knowledge of local workplace safety and health regulations.
