Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Factory Manager to lead daily production and warehouse operations at our Tuas site. The role requires strong leadership to manage schedules, manpower and equipment utilization while upholding food safety standards.

You will coordinate with R&D, Procurement, Finance, Sales and Logistics to ensure smooth operations, drive cost reductions and implement process improvements in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering, food manufacturing, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing/production operations, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team management; knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily factory production and warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Manage production schedules, output, manpower and equipment utilisation.
• Oversee inventory, warehouse storage, dispatch and stock accuracy.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, freight scheduling and deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, food safety and workplace safety standards.
• Drive process improvement, automation and cost reduction initiatives.
• Supervise production and warehouse teams, including training and manpower allocation.
• Monitor operational performance and prepare reports on production, inventory and costs.
• Coordinate with R&D, Procurement, Finance, Sales and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Working days: Monday - Friday | 8:00AM 5:30PM
