Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee daily factory and production operations in a food manufacturing setting, ensuring output, quality and on-time delivery. You will manage warehouse, inventory, procurement coordination, HACCP/GMP compliance, and drive improvements in efficiency, safety and cost control.

Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Food Science preferred; 5-8 years in manufacturing plant.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Food Science, Manufacturing or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in food manufacturing / production operations.
• Must have experience working in a manufacturing plant.
• Good knowledge of HACCP, GMP and food safety requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.

• Oversee daily factory and production operations to meet output, quality and delivery targets.
• Manage warehouse, inventory, storage and dispatch activities.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics providers and transporters for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, food safety and workplace safety standards.
• Optimise manpower, equipment, production processes and warehouse operations.
• Drive improvements in inventory accuracy, automation, productivity and cost control.
• Lead and manage production, warehouse and forklift teams.
• Monitor production output, inventory levels, operational costs and performance.
• Work closely with R&D on new product trials and production scale-up.
