Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Factory Manager (Food Manufacturing) at Tuas to oversee daily factory production and warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

You will plan production schedules, manage manpower and equipment, monitor inventory, coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, and ensure HACCP/GMP compliance. The role requires 5–8 years in manufacturing, a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Food Science or

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Food Science, Manufacturing, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations, preferably in food manufacturing.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP) and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily factory production and warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Manage production schedules, output, manpower and equipment utilisation.
Oversee inventory, warehouse storage, dispatch and stock accuracy.
Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, freight scheduling and deliveries.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, food safety and workplace safety standards.
Drive process improvement, automation and cost reduction initiatives.
Supervise production and warehouse teams, including training and manpower allocation.
Monitor operational performance and prepare reports on production, inventory and costs.
Coordinate with R&D, Procurement, Finance, Sales and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
