Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Facility Technician to maintain the factory's facilities, utilities, and building infrastructure, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained working environment.

You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate external contractors, support renovations, and handle related administrative tasks such as PRs and POs, liaising with management on safety requirements and permits.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance of factory facilities and equipment.
• Maintain safety and security systems, including burglar alarms, door access, face recognition, and CCTV systems.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, including routine inspections, air-conditioning servicing, lighting maintenance, machine servicing, and water dispenser maintenance.
• Coordinate fire safety equipment inspections and maintenance.
• Source, coordinate, and supervise external contractors and vendors for maintenance, servicing, and renovation works.
• Liaise with the building management office on renovation permits, safety requirements, and facility-related matters.
• Support office and factory renovation projects, including space planning and layout drafting.
• Prepare purchase requisitions (PRs), purchase orders (POs), and other maintenance-related administrative documentation.
