Job summary

Flintex Consulting in Singapore is seeking a Facility Technician to perform daily checks on facility and security equipment, prepare and submit daily and monthly reports, and manage scheduled calibration verifications. The role includes monitoring licenses and cleanroom certifications, drawing basic conclusions from meter data, and patrolling facility areas to report defects.

You will coordinate with external service providers, update work instructions, participate in budgeting and improvement

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as facility technician in a factory/manufacturing environment.
• Nitec/Higher Nitec in Facility Management or GCE O Level.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily checks on facility & security equipment and fill up relevant checklists.
• Prepare and submit daily and monthly Facility Reports.
• Prepare and submit scheduled verification / calibration reports.
• Monitor licenses and cleanroom certification expiry and arrange for renewal.
• Draw basic conclusions from data of meter readings.
• Carry out daily patrol of facility & security areas and report on defects and abnormalities.
• Perform preventive maintenance on facility & security equipment as per schedule.
• Troubleshoot facility system issues as needed.
• Attend to defects and breakdowns as reported by end user.
• Liaise and supervise servicing works performed by external service providers.
• Maintain proper documentation of reported defects and job completion status.
• Revise and update Work Instructions & Procedures.
• Participate in annual budgeting exercise.
• Participate in facilities improvement projects.
• Participate in Company’s Emergency Response team (CERT) and WSH activities.
• Perform any other facility and/or security related work as assigned by management.
• Comply with all Quality, Environmental, Health, Safety and Security policies and procedures of the Company.
