Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities Maintenance role to support engineers in preventive maintenance, monitoring, and upgrades of building systems in the Singapore area.

The role requires knowledge of air-conditioning, mechanical and electrical systems, with responsibilities including troubleshooting, documentation, and compliance with ISO SOPs. Fresh graduates from ITE are welcome to apply, with four-shift schedules supporting a rotating cycle.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Air-conditioning, Mechanical, Electrical and Building maintenance.
• Good analytical skill in troubleshooting of breakdown.
• Must be able to read and understand Layout drawing.
• No color blindness.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Assist the Engineers and the team to provide preventive maintenance, break down services, routine monitoring, facilities upgrading works and projects on Facility Department.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• 1. Assist the Engineer and the team to do daily monitoring and recording of Facilities Equipment Performance.
• 2. Troubleshoot and repair Facilities Equipment breakdown.
• 3. Assist Engineer and team to ensure efficient use if utilities resources.
• 4. To perform Building Maintenance.
• 5. Support the Engineer and team for the maintenance of proper documentation.
• 6. Upkeep ISO standard operating procedures to ensure compliance.
• 7. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Salary & Allowances

• Basic: $1800 - $2800
• Day shift: $6.50 daily allowance (~$104 per month)
• Night shift: $15.50 daily allowance (~$248 per month)
• Meal allowance: $3 per day (~$48 per month)

Shift Schedule

4 shifts in total: A, B, C, D (Fixed once assigned)

A: 8am - 815pm, work on Sun to Wed, rest 3 days, work on Sun to Tues, rest 4 days, repeat

B: 8pm - 815am, work on Sun to Wed, rest 3 days, work on Sun to Tues, rest 4 days, repeat

C: 8am - 815pm, work on Wed to Sat, rest 3 days, work on Thurs to Sat, rest 4 days, repeat

D: 8pm - 815am, work on Wed to Sat, rest 3 days, work on Thurs to Sat, rest 4 days, repeat

Can take fresh graduates from ITE

Employment Details

Permanent role AWS (1 month) VB (min 1.5 months) AL (start 9 days, +1 every year, cap at 14days) OT payable
