JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Pioneer, Singapore is seeking a Facility Technician (ID1728) to join our facilities team. The role involves monitoring equipment performance, troubleshooting, and assisting with building maintenance on a shift basis.

You will help maintain documentation, follow ISO procedures, and support utilities management. The position offers AL, AWS, and a variable bonus, with island-wide transport pickup.

Qualifications

• Assist Engineer and team to monitor and record facilities equipment performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair facilities equipment breakdown.
• Assist Engineer and team to ensure efficient use of utilities resources.
• To perform Building Maintenance.
• Support the Engineer and team for the maintenance of proper documentation.
• Upkeep ISO standard operating procedures to ensure compliance.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Working Hours: 4334 days 12 hours shift (Day or Night) (Shift rotation every 3 or 6 months)

Salary: up to $3000

Location: Pioneer, transport pick up Island wide in Singapore
