Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Singapore seeks a Facility Shift Technician to ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of building facilities and infrastructure during assigned shifts.

You will supervise electrical and HVAC systems, perform basic repairs, manage permits for vendor works, and support day and night 12-hour shifts as needed by the Facility Manager. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in HVAC systems and electrical.
• Experience in industrial and logistic environment.
• Minimum of three (3) years electrical/mechanical experience or Nitec in a related field plus.
• 2 years HVAC/electrical experience in troubleshooting and repairing.

Responsibilities

• Operation supervision, safety equipment maintenance & vendor preventive maintenance.
• Supervision on both soft & hard services vendors preventive maintenance & services.
• Applying & managing permits for daily vendor works.
• Able to conduct basic electrical repair work, lighting & SSO.
• Support day & night 12hr shift work as assigned by Facility Manager.
• Able to support/cover shift during emergency period.
• Filing of service reports, test reports & certificates.
• Managing records necessary for certification compliances & renewal.
• Fluent & written in English.
