Job summary

CBRE Pte Ltd is seeking a Facility Shift Technician to ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of building facilities and infrastructure during shifts. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, vendor management, and troubleshooting HVAC and electrical systems.

You will handle permits, documentation, and certification-related records, supporting 12-hour shifts and emergency coverage. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years electrical/mechanical experience.
• 2 years HVAC/electrical troubleshooting and repair.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical.
• Experience in industrial & logistic environment.

Responsibilities

• Operation supervision, safety equipment maintenance & vendor preventive maintenance.
• Supervision on both soft & hard services vendors preventive maintenance & services.
• Applying & managing permits for daily vendor works.
• Able to conduct basic electrical repair work, lighting & SSO.
• Support day & night 12hr shift work as assigned by Facility Manager.
• Able to support/cover shift during emergency period.
• Filing of service reports, test reports & certificates.
• Managing records necessary for certification compliances & renewal.
• Fluent & written in English.

About the Role:

The Facility Shift Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of building facilities, equipment, and infrastructure during assigned shifts.

The role supports preventive maintenance activities, vendor management, troubleshooting of HVAC and electrical systems, and compliance with facility standards and certifications.
