Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facility Shift Technician to help ensure safe, reliable operation and maintenance of building facilities during assigned shifts.

You will oversee preventive maintenance, supervise vendors, and manage permits while supporting day and night 12-hour shifts as directed by the Facility Manager. The ideal candidate has HVAC and electrical experience in industrial settings, 2+ years in troubleshooting and repair, and a relevant technical qualification.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in HVAC systems and electrical work.
• Experience in industrial and logistics environments.
• Minimum three years electrical/mechanical experience OR Nitec in a related field plus.
• Two years HVAC/electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate supervision and safety equipment maintenance.
• Supervise soft and hard services vendors' preventive maintenance.
• Apply and manage permits for daily vendor works.
• Conduct basic electrical repair work, lighting and SSO.
• Support day and night 12-hour shift work as directed by Facility Manager.
• Cover shifts during emergencies as needed.
• File service reports, test reports and certificates.
• Maintain records for certification compliance and renewal.
