Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years housekeeping experience.
• Experience leading teams and training staff to meet service standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with staff and clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities to deliver prompt, efficient service to users consistently.
• Lead and train staff to maintain service standards aligned with contract terms and company expectations.
• Manage staff performance through coaching and guidance to achieve operational excellence.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records for quality control, cost management, and personnel performance monitoring.
• Ensure timely completion of all scheduled tasks meeting required standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues promptly to maintain operational integrity.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with clients and staff following company policies.
• Enforce staff compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety standards during all duties.
• Monitor adherence to legal requirements and company procedures to ensure full compliance.
• Prepare operational performance reports and recommend actionable improvements.
• Address customer feedback and resolve service-related issues efficiently and professionally.
• Perform hands-on duties as required within the contract scope to support operational needs.
• Support recruitment initiatives to attract and hire qualified talent for the team.

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years relevant housekeeping experience; candidates with substantial relevant experience may also be considered regardless of formal qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
