Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Cleaning Operations Manager to lead daily cleaning activities across multiple sites, ensuring high service standards, effective manpower management, and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise cleaning operations across condominiums, commercial properties, and F&B establishments to maintain consistent service quality
• Plan and deploy manpower by creating schedules and rostering to optimize workforce efficiency
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess cleaning standards and implement improvements
• Liaise with clients to address and resolve feedback professionally, enhancing customer satisfaction
• Train and guide cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety standards to ensure compliance and operational excellence
• Ensure adherence to NEA regulations and company SOPs through monitoring and enforcement
• Handle manpower shortages by arranging timely replacements to maintain uninterrupted operations
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleaning equipment and consumables to support operational needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in cleaning or facilities management
• Strong leadership skills demonstrated by effective manpower management and team supervision
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills applied in operational contexts
• Ability to work independently and manage pressure in a dynamic environment
• Commitment to work on Sundays and Public Holidays with weekday off provided in lieu

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Familiarity with condominium and commercial cleaning operations
