Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd. is seeking a Facility Maintenance Executive to oversee preventive maintenance across our warehousing and distribution facilities in Mandai. The role focuses on optimizing availability of building facilities and equipment, including ASRS, refrigeration, electrical systems, and MHE.

You will lead maintenance planning, monitor schedules, liaise with contractors, and drive reliability improvements, with a typical 5-day work week and a salary of SGD 4,000–4,500 per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in maintenance/project roles within warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or heavy industrial environments.
• Minimum Diploma or above in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, Mechatronics or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop site-specific preventive maintenance strategy and oversee execution to optimize availability and efficiency across building facilities and equipment (ASRS, refrigeration, warehouse, electrical, MHE, building envelope, fire systems).
• Monitor and report compliance with preventive maintenance schedules and checklists across the facility.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and propose long-term solutions for equipment reliability.
• Ad-hoc or Corrective Maintenance of Facility Equipment.
• Manage and coordinate corrective maintenance activities to ensure timely resolution of faults or breakdowns.
• Liaise with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance tasks, ensuring safety, quality and cost-effectiveness.

Working hours: 8 am - 5 pm (Mon - Fri), 8 am - 12 pm (Sat)

Location: Mandai

*Working hours will subsequently transition to 5 days work week*
