Job summary

JOBS ALLEY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support facility operations in Woodlands. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing production machines, electrical systems, HVAC, and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.

Applicants should have a NITEC or equivalent in Facilities Management or Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing. Competitive salary includes AWS and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machines, electrical systems, HVAC, and facility equipment to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and accurately maintain maintenance records to extend equipment lifespan and reduce failures.
• Oversee facility upkeep, cleanliness, and safety to provide a secure and compliant working environment.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities with production teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Assist in supervising maintenance technicians and monitor work quality to uphold maintenance standards.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, ISO standards, and MOM requirements to maintain legal and safety standards.
• Monitor spare parts inventory, manage procurement processes, and control maintenance costs to optimize resource usage.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor to support facility operations.

• Working Hours: Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, Saturday: 8:30 AM–12:30 PM

• Salary & Benefits: Salary range S$2,800–S$3,200, Annual Wage Supplement (AWS), Performance Bonus, Annual Leave starting at 14 days and increasing by 1 day every 2 years up to 16 days
