Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Technician – Office Maintenance to oversee day-to-day maintenance of office facilities in Paya Lebar. The role focuses on keeping building systems safe, reliable, and efficient through preventive tasks and prompt fault handling.

Responsibilities include safety checks, CMMS record-keeping, vendor coordination, and supporting office events. Requires knowledge of HVAC, electrical/plumbing, and MS Office; 5.5-day week with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Certificate/qualification in HVAC, Building Maintenance, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing and general building maintenance.
• Familiarity with CMMS and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance, routine inspections and maintenance checklists.
• Troubleshoot faults and attend to equipment promptly to minimise downtime.
• Identify defects, perform basic root-cause analysis and follow up on corrective actions.
• Monitor equipment and asset conditions and maintain maintenance records.
• Support office events and ad hoc facilities activities.
• Coordinate and supervise vendors/contractors to ensure safe completion of works.
• Conduct routine safety checks and comply with safety procedures and PPE.
• Monitor maintenance inventory and assist with sourcing suppliers and quotes.
• Manage work orders and provide timely updates to Facilities Management.
• Support process improvements and other facilities duties as required.
