Qualifications

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3/3A Car driving licence.
• Able to perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and masonry tasks.
• Strong knowledge of tools and equipment.
• Able to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Facilities Manager with operational activities.
• Perform maintenance tasks on company properties.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.
• Administer and evaluate maintenance requests.
• Drive to company outlets to resolve facilities problems.
