Job summary

BEECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a versatile Facility Technician to support maintenance across warehouses and offices in Singapore.

You will handle first-level technical issues, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure prompt responses to stakeholder requests. Qualifications

3–5 years of technician experience in facility management or related field.
Strong hands-on mechanical and electrical skills.
Valid Scissor Lift License.
Safety-conscious and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support for in-house repairs and facility maintenance.
Liaise with subcontractors on repair, maintenance and facility-related works.
Respond promptly to requests raised by internal and external stakeholders.
Troubleshoot M&E issues across warehouses, offices and buildings.
Carry out building alteration and addition (A&A) works where required.
Provide technical advice and training to subcontractors when necessary.
Prepare reports, record electricity meter readings and sourcing quotations for facility-related works.
Support domestic travel for work-related assignments.
Remain contactable during office hours and occasionally outside office hours when required.
Adhere strictly to the company's Zero Safety Accident and Incident Policy.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
