Job summary

WOLA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Facilities Technician to support maintenance of F&B and entertainment outlets at Far East Square.

You will perform preventive maintenance and first-line troubleshooting, coordinate with contractors, and ensure safety standards are met. 6-day work week with 10-hour PM shifts; rest days per roster. The role requires 2+ years in facilities or building maintenance, basic electrical/plumbing knowledge, and the ability to escalate to licensed personnel

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in facilities/building maintenance or related fields.
Experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Ability to perform first-line troubleshooting and minor repairs.
Able to escalate complex works to licensed personnel.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B/entertainment environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily inspections and preventive maintenance of facilities and equipment.
Perform first-line troubleshooting and minor maintenance works.
Identify faults, leaks and safety issues; respond to issues promptly.
Carry out minor repairs not requiring licenses (bulbs, basic plumbing, fixtures).
Coordinate with contractors and service providers when needed.
Maintain records of inspections, maintenance and safety checks.
