Job summary

Far East Hospitality Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective M&E maintenance across its properties in Singapore. You will inspect premises, handle breakdowns, and ensure compliance with safety rules while supporting the CERT team.

This on-site role involves working across a diverse portfolio of hotels and serviced residences, with responsibilities ranging from daily checks to major repairs and equipment upkeep in a fast-paced hospitality

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Versatile and able to perform carpentry works.
• Able to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for the assigned properties
• Ensure smooth running of all building Mechanical and Electrical services
• Ensure all equipment are maintained and operated according to instruction
• Carry out preventive maintenance of the equipment in accordance with Preventive Maintenance Schedule
• Inspect the premises daily, perform building round checklist recording and replace defective parts
• Attend to all M&E work orders within the stipulated time frame
• Attend to emergency breakdown according to duty roster
• Comply with building and fire safety rules and regulations
• Coordinate term contract servicing/ ad-hoc repairs and endorse job done on-site
• Record and monitor utilities consumption of the property
• Update the stock cards of M&E parts
• To be part of CERT team and execute the duties accordingly
• Comply with Workplace Safety Rules and Regulations, building and fire safety rules and regulations
