Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on site facilities and utilities in Woodlands Northtech. The role requires handling electrical, HVAC, water systems and more, with a focus on reliability and minimal downtime.

The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 1 year in facilities/building management, and can support RCA/CAPA activities while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Facilities Management/Building Management System.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility and utility systems to ensure operational reliability.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot plant utilities, including electrical, HVAC, compressed air, chilled water, water treatment, wastewater, fire protection, and lighting systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and infrastructure, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions proactively.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and utility-related equipment faults to minimize downtime.
• Respond promptly to facility breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing operations.
• Support root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted utility services and coordinate maintenance activities with minimal operational impact.
• Assist in the installation, relocation, commissioning, and performance monitoring of facility equipment and utility systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including LOTO, PTW, risk assessments, and housekeeping standards.
• Manage maintenance documentation, CMMS work orders, contractor activities, and reporting to support asset reliability and operational excellence.

Woodlands Northtech building, sometimes might need to support at northcoast, if activated candidate can take transport and claim
