Job summary

Norwegian MNC is seeking a hands-on Building & Facilities Executive to independently manage the day-to-day facilities operations of a 2-storey building (~5,000 sq ft). This one-person role requires technical hands-on ability, resourcefulness and confidence troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, HVAC and plumbing issues, with emphasis on safety and preventive maintenance.

Based at Gul Circle, the role runs 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, with a 1-year renewable contract and a monthly salary of SGD

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day building and facilities maintenance
• Troubleshoot and respond to facility breakdowns and urgent issues
• Carry out basic electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and sanitary troubleshooting
• Handle issues such as power trips, air-conditioning leaks, toilet chokes and other building-related faults
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers
• Monitor facility equipment and identify abnormal conditions
• Support fire safety checks and general workplace safety inspections
• Maintain maintenance records, logs and reports
• Support office layout changes, furniture installation and equipment relocation
• Ensure building facilities remain safe, functional and well maintained
