Job summary

Location is in Singapore (Dover / Race Course Road in FY2026–FY2027) with a monthly salary of SGD 3,500–4,200. This full-time role includes day-to-day facilities management, procurement, and coordination of sustainability

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Sustainability, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of facilities management, office operations, workplace management, and sustainability or administration will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities and sustainability operations to maintain a safe, clean, and functional workplace.
• Coordinate with building and asset management, contractors, and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
• Procure office equipment and supplies and manage related records.
