Job summary

C&W Services (Singapore) is seeking a Facilities Management Coordinator to assist the Manager in administering soft services contracts across Cleaning, Façade Cleaning, Food Waste Recycling, Landscape, and Pest Control at Our Tampines Hub. You will compile monthly reports and monitor contractor performance to ensure KPI compliance.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering or Facilities Management, with at least 2 years in FM, and familiarity with WSH.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or Facilities Management or related field.
• At least 2 years of facilities management experience.
• Experience with cleaning, pest control, landscape, or FM contractors is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Willing to work rotating shifts; latest shift ends at 11pm, weekends and public holidays if rostered.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager on administering, managing soft services contracts to meet KPIs.
• Prepare and compile monthly reports on soft services for client reviews.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor contractor performance and compliance.
• Assist in managing soft services budget including progress claims.
• Support contract reviews and updates before renewal.
• Coordinate with venue teams on quotations and scheduling for ad hoc services.
• Collaborate with contractors to explore efficient delivery methods and technologies.
• Prepare FM and statistics reports for clients or internal use.
• Support incident reporting and related documentation.
