Job summary

PERSOL in Dover, Singapore is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day facilities operations.

You will ensure all facilities, systems, equipment, and common areas are kept in good working condition, conduct inspections, and coordinate services such as cleaning, waste management, and security. Working hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with Saturday 8am-12pm when required; salary up to SGD 3600 monthly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day facilities operations.
• Ensure all facilities, systems, equipment, and common areas are maintained in good working condition.
• Conduct regular inspections and identify maintenance, safety, housekeeping, and operational issues.
• Monitor conditions and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Coordinate facilities services including cleaning, waste management, pest control, security, and other site services where applicable.
• Maintain proper site documentation, records, checklists, and operational reports.
