Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Facilities Operator to lead and manage the day-to-day facilities operations at the Dover site in Singapore, with Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm and Saturday 8:00am–12:00pm when required. The position offers a salary of up to SGD 3,600 per month.

The role requires ensuring safe and reliable operation of facilities, coordinating services, and maintaining accurate site documentation and reports to support smooth site functioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day facilities operations.
• Ensure all facilities, systems, equipment, and common areas are maintained in good working condition.
• Conduct regular inspections and identify maintenance, safety, housekeeping, and operational issues.
• Monitor conditions and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Coordinate facilities services including cleaning, waste management, pest control, security, and other site services where applicable.
• Maintain proper site documentation, records, checklists, and operational reports.
