The role requires mastery of Primavera P6 and related tools, with a focus on standardizing reports, tracking progress, and ensuring on-time delivery within Marina Bay Sands Project Control standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Hold a valid Primavera P6 license and proven expertise using the software.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules for facility operations, including maintenance, renovations, and new construction using Primavera P6 or other tools.
• Identify milestones, dependencies, and critical paths for facility-related projects.
• Coordinate schedules for multiple teams, contractors, and external vendors.
• Standardize project schedules and reports per Marina Bay Sands Project Control requirements.
• Coach contractors to transit to Primavera P6 scheduling software and meet project control requirements.
