Job summary

Aly Energy Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on professional to independently oversee workplace safety, facilities, dormitory management and regulatory compliance for a small organization.

The role involves coordinating with external WSH consultants and ensuring that licenses, inspections and certifications are kept up to date. You will supervise an operations team and ensure smooth interaction between store and dormitory tasks while maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, Facilities Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in workplace safety, facilities management or regulatory compliance.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and relevant dormitory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's Workplace Safety & Health across office, workshop and premises.
• Implement safety policies, risk assessments and safe work procedures.
• Coordinate safety inspections and follow up on hazards.
• Manage dormitory operations and regulatory submissions.
• Liaise with MOM, NEA, SCDF, BCA and other agencies as needed.
• Supervise the Store & Safety Coordinator and the Dormitory Supervisor.
