Job summary

Responsibilities include conducting training, investigations, and audits, and maintaining rigorous safety records for continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, engineering, or a related field.
• Registered MOM WSHO.ECO certificate will be a priority.
• Strong speaking and training skills to explain rules clearly to staff and management.
• High attention to detail to spot unsafe acts or non-compliance immediately.
• Singaporeans and PRs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Risk Assessment: Inspect work areas and equipment to identify hazards and evaluate potential risks.
• Policy Implementation: Develop and update clear safety guidelines that match Singapore laws. Establish, implement and monitor WSH management systems on-site.
• Safety Training: Educate employees on emergency procedures, first aid, and the correct use of PPE.
• Incident Investigation: Review accidents or near-misses to find root causes and create preventive rules.
• Safety Audits: Conduct routine inspections and maintain accurate logs of safety performance and reports.
