Qualifications

• Must be registered MOM WSH Officer (WSHO) in Singapore.
• Hold a valid WSH Officer certification.
• Minimum 2 years of WSH experience in facilities management, engineering, maintenance, construction, or related industries.
• Sound knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations, codes of practice, and safety management systems.
• Experience in conducting safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Implement and enforce Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
• Conduct routine site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act and relevant statutory regulations.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and prepare detailed investigation reports.
• Review and maintain Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), Method Statements, and Permit-to-Work documentation.
• Organize and conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and WSH training programmes.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor safety performance and compliance on site.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, consultants, and relevant stakeholders on WSH matters.
• Maintain safety records, reports, inspection checklists, and incident documentation.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, evacuation drills, and response exercises.
• Promote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
