Job summary

Wine Connection in Singapore seeks a seasoned Facilities & Property Manager to lead store renovations, maintenance programs, and lease administration across our retail and F&B outlets.

You will coordinate with architects, contractors, landlords and internal teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards. A strong background in real estate or facilities management is essential. The role offers career growth within a growing regional brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, facility management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facilities management, leasing, or property management.
• Strong understanding of lease agreements, property regulations, and maintenance best practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead outlets and office renovation projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee design development and space planning to align with brand standards.
• Manage project budgets, tender processes, contractor selection, and documentation.
• Monitor progress and resolve site-related issues to minimize disruption.
• Ensure all works comply with regulatory, safety, and building requirements.
• Oversee maintenance, repair, and readiness of outlets, offices, warehouses, assets.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Respond to facility-related issues and emergencies; conduct site inspections.
• Manage service providers and contractor relationships; ensure safety and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
• Identify and evaluate locations for new retail and F&B outlets; lead lease negotiations.
• Manage landlord relations, renewals, relocations, and tenancy matters.
• Monitor lease obligations and critical dates; coordinate handover and reinstatement with landlords.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for facilities, maintenance, and PM.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
