Job summary

Changi Airports International Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of Changi Airport facilities. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline and at least 5 years’ experience in building and facilities management.

You will manage site surveys, contractor oversight, and project budgets while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building and facilities management.
• Good stakeholder and project management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Possession of a valid Class 3/3A driving license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys of buildings, facilities, vehicles maintenance and M&E systems at Changi Airport.
• Oversee contractors to ensure prompt defect rectification and minimise delays.
• Prepare specifications to secure competitive quotes for necessary work.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external contractors and tenants for smooth operations.
• Manage project budgets, timelines and resources to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and implement digital/innovative solutions to improve efficiency.
