Job summary

Changi Airport Group is seeking a seasoned Facilities Management professional to lead site surveys, contractor oversight, and project delivery across buildings, facilities, and M&E systems. You will drive digital solutions to boost safety, productivity, and lifecycle asset performance while coordinating with internal teams, tenants, and external partners.

The role requires a 5+ year track record in building and facilities management, strong stakeholder and project management skills, and a degree

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building and facilities management.
• Good stakeholder and project management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Possession of a valid Class 3/3A driving license.

Responsibilities

• Site surveys: conduct thorough assessments of buildings, facilities, vehicles maintenance and M&E systems.
• Oversee contractors to rectify defects promptly to minimize downtime.
• Prepare specifications to secure competitive quotes for required work.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external contractors and tenants to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage project budgets, timelines and resources for successful execution.
• Develop and implement innovative ideas to enhance facilities management efficiency.
• Leverage digital technologies and automation to transform maintenance and facilities operations.
• Identify operational challenges and translate them into scalable digital solutions improving safety, productivity, service quality and asset performance.
