Job summary

Suntec Singapore invites applications for an Assistant Director of Facilities Management & Development to lead infrastructure planning across the venue. You will drive master plans, budgets, feasibility studies and tender evaluations from concept through completion, while coordinating IFM, BMS, FAS and CCTV systems.

The role demands proven leadership, stakeholder management, and strong project management abilities with a focus on compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/electrical/mechanical or building-related studies.
• Fire Safety Manager Certification is advantageous.
• Green Mark or Sustainability certifications are advantageous.
• At least 8 years of experience leading facilities/services in MICE, Hospitality or Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities projects, tenders, AEI business cases.
• Manage IFM, BMS, FAS, and CCTV service providers.
• Oversee the Facilities Maintenance workshop.
• Ensure inspections and certifications meet local authority requirements (BCA, PUB, SCDF).
• Provide technical support and guidance to the Management team.
