Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a capableFacilities/ FM professional to oversee hospital and medical centre projects including additions and alterations. You will track preventive maintenance and service contracts while supporting car park operations and coordinating with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Facilities / Facilities Management / Building Facility.
• Degree holders with no experience will be considered as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and addition & alteration works for hospital, medical centre and other units as instructed.
• Track preventive maintenance works and service contracts and support car park operations.
• Assist in projects and alterations as directed by Head of Department or supervisor.
• Facilitate and manage assigned projects within given deadlines and budgets.
• Work independently, be resourceful, and apply good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues from different departments and levels.
• Support car park operations and assist in other duties as assigned.
• Coordinate work schedules of contractors/vendors to minimize disruption to patients and staff.
• Ensure physical plants and equipment are serviced as planned.
• Respond to other duties assigned by the Senior Technician/Engineer/Supervisor.
