Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree holder with engineering background and project management experience.
• 2–3 years of PM experience in healthcare or related sectors.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Derive budget estimates and manage project budgets.
• Plan project schedules from procurement to renovation works.
• Prepare procurement documents and drawings.
• Conduct site rounds, evaluation, and award of contracts.
• Oversee contract and construction management and liaise with stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Assist Head in administrative duties and cross-divisional coordination.
