Sport Singapore seeks an experienced facilities professional to oversee calm room projects across its centres, coordinating with stakeholders and managing the end-to-end process from feasibility to handover.

The role requires strong maintenance expertise, procurement know-how, and a background in Property & Facilities Management. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential to drive strategic planning and ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in FM Maintenance.
• Management and procurement knowledge would be an advantage.
• Related qualifications in Property & Facilities Management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders on design and equipping of calm rooms across Sport Centres.
• Conduct feasibility studies, develop planning proposals, evaluate proposals for calm room and storeroom works.
• Oversee fitting out, commissioning, testing, and formal taking over of calm rooms.
• Review architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical plans for calm rooms in construction works.
• Oversee appointment of consultants and contractors, including tenders.
