Job summary

ARRAY ENGINEERING & FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable facilities supervisor to support the Facilities Manager in planning and controlling building preventive and corrective maintenance works.

The role leads a team of technicians, plans duty rosters, liaises with contractors, prepares work proposals with costing, and submits monthly reports while ensuring strict site safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Facilities Management.
• Good knowledge in HVAC installation and building management system.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and a team player.
• Excellent collaboration, influencing & communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Facilities Manager in planning, controlling of building preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Supervise all maintenance works and variation jobs carried on site.
• Feedback daily status of all works to Facilities Manager.
• To lead a team of technicians to carry out building preventive maintenance works.
• To submit monthly report to Facilities Manager in the preventive and corrective works carried out throughout the month.
• Planning of duty roster for the shift technicians.
• Liaising with contractors for variation works on work delivery schedule and quality.
• Prepare work proposals and costing and tracking of work until completion of service.
• To assist in putting up claims according to contract schedule of rates.
• Ensure site safety measures are well implemented.
